I Hide Amongst The Trees,
I Sit And Wait Where You Can’t See.
The Darkness Conceals Me From Your Sight,
But Yet You Feel That Something Isn’t Right.
You Strain To See What Can Not Be,
I Launch Myself From Behind My Tree
You Scream Fright And Begin To Fight,
But I Will Win This Thing Tonight
You Curse Yourself For Being Such A Fool
As I Cover Your Face With Drool
I Look At You With Sweet Brown Eyes
And Its In That Moment You Realize
It Is I Your Faithful Friend,
Endearing And True To The Bitter End.
You Call My Name, As My Tail Begins To Wag We Head Home,
It Then That You Know You’ll Never Be Alone…
